I hit up Ulah Bistro after yoga Saturday morning for brunch. Open table has it listed as "comfort food"... I think that's a bit of a stretch – but it was delicious. I tried the "farmer's omelet" which was filled with mashed potatoes, red peppers and bacon. Yuuuum.
(Ok, I realize that sounds like comfort food, but really, that's about as close as it got. They have goat cheese ravioli on the menu for crying out loud!)
We sat out on the patio which was great for the fresh air, but little else. It's right on U St. so we were surrounded by honking cars, metro commuters and tourists taking photos of Ben's Chili Bowl.
